BEST FM24 TACTIC - 3-1-4-2 IN POSSESSION

This is the best tactic to use if you want to have three at the back while in possession. Works wonders for me personally. I dont like to have three at the back as defensive formation, so this year we got the new role - IFB. I F*^cking love it. He stays back and acts as a solid passing option and behaves like WCB support/defend would in three at the back formation.

It's very balanced tactic and high scoring. Counter press is neccessary because when you lose the ball, your whole team tries to win it immediatly to secure the ball. Fullback (attack) gets forward approx. to same height as winger is. So you will have two wide players and solid 3-1-2 formation in midfield & defence to easily rotate the ball to the other side and try to penetrate the defence.

Want to change something? My suggestions:
- If you want to have even shorter passing, bring the tempo one tick down also.
- AF can be changed easily into F9, Pressing forward or DLF. DLF works the worst out of these three tho. If you want to use F9, change AP to CM on attack or mezzala on attack.
