Something I have noticed while playing with the ragdoll mover with her is that her left wing shoulder is a nonphysical bone where the right one is a physical bone. The issue being is that you cannont move the left wing really with the ragdoll mover. That's all that I feel could be fixed otherwise very happy to see a proper cynder ragdoll model in gmod.
