Nice try, but it is to bugy.
- Jarl Rokuls Longhouse can't be entered any more.
- The bridge ends in front of a wall.
- I enter the secret room behind the ladder and the enchanter, so I am prisoned and cant use the room.
and the new Building is only a copy of the ruined cottage already standing there.

have you thought about a fortress on the hill in ivar, near an out structure that looks like a prision... it has a well nearby

Sorry for being a jerk. I got rid of my mod and found that it wasn't in there. You must of taken the chest from the local Inn and put it next to the bed. Again I am sorry.
