Do all weapons have the same max/starting ammo pool?

@Niovic for primary weapons, the SPR-12 (or the BPR-28 if you want a standard assault rifle rather than a semi-auto option). For secondary weapons, the ZM-48 and the 11A1 do the same amount of damage.
