描述
Chinese Spy Balloon.
(Applying Power 4 in Balloons and Pumps now don't work anymore in Breadboard so this will not work perfectly anymore when not in "Out of play" mode)
Trackers and Remote Control are just a bonus, you can remove those to save cost even more.
Can go into the space boundaries if you temper with it (by simply standing and jumping on it) or using out of play, might stupidly defeat the enemy in campaign due them going out of control.

Yeah, I think it's still working properly when out of play, but not when on play

@Baselin it still works on the campaign map which is the entire purpose IMO so still really good

Latest update make it broken tho since now the power 4 breadboard trick for balloons and helium pump didn't work anymore
