Introduction
I have completed game in 2 hours and obtained all achivements, not hard as it looks. If any further updates released regarding achivements , guide will be updated. I have not looked up anything for this, so this guide may not be optimal and complete, but I hope it helps people that are playing the game for the first time themselves and need a hand for some small things. If you have any feedback or if you see any completed achievement that you would like to add something to, let me know in the comments! Thank you in advance.

Die in the Dungeon: Origins
Shut Up!
Skip a Tutorial

At beggining of game tutorial will be offered. Check top left corner then click " skip " to obtain achivement.

Taste the Rainbow
Defeat all four Croissantpillar variants.

There is 4 Crossaintpillars with different color and post death abilitys:

Brown Crossainpillar -> " Tasty modifier when killed, will deal 2 damage to a random enemy. "
Green Crossainpillar -> " Tasty modifier when killed, will grant +2 health to the player. "
Blue Crossainpillar -> " Tasty modifier when killed, will grant +2 block to the player . "
Red Crossainpillar -> " Tasty modifier when killed, will deal 2 damage to the player. "

Kill 1 of each to obtain achivement, they spawns on random floors as enemys.

Shiny artifact
Get your first Relic.

First relic will appear in Floor 2 where you need to choose to heal " Dying soldier " if thrown dices meet requirements you will be able to obtain relic. Until reaching floor 20 you will have chance to obtain 6 more relics.

Oath Breaker
Taste Defeat for the first time.

Achivement will pop up once you lose game, when your life points became equal to 0.

Now You're Thinking With Mirrors
Combine a Prism Die with a Mirror Die.

On multiple floors post battle you will be asked to either discard or get more dice, select to get more dice and search for Mirror dice which can be unlocked at early floors while prisma dices unlock at floor 9 and above. To obtain achivement simply put prism dice and mirror dice on board, what is more interesting you don't need to play them by pressing "finish".

Flashy Display
Defeat two enemies in a single turn.

To obtain achivement you will need attack cube mixed with 1 or multiple relics which inflict damage to enemys during your attack phase, such as:

Blinding Lightbulb (Deal damage to all enemys when dice with flash property are used) and/or Dancing Shurikens (Deal 3 damage to a random enemy for every 6 dice used).

-> It's easier if you have Blinding Lightbulb, just reduce 1 enemy to 2 life points than use flash attack dice on another while making sure that attack dice is combined with boost dice so you can kill targeted enemy or you can leave him on 2 life points and relic will kill both of them at same time. Both methods will count.

Fancy collector
Show Very Rare Dice to The Collector.

The collector will appear in Floor 16 and you need to offer 3 different types of dices - Mirror, Terrain and Prisma to obtain achivement.

That's a Lotta Damage!
Inflict +100 damage with a single hit.

This can be easly achieved at floor 20 (Boss Battle) but you MUST have following relics:

Bullseye - Dice place on the center slots receive x2 to their value.
Mark of the chosen one - If there is only one dice on board, it receives x3 to its base value.

At this point of game you will most likely have all gold attack dices with flash/hollow property and hopefully with Bullseye and Mark of the chosen one relics. What are you going to do is following: First knock out Scorpion Rider after that on board will appear scorpion with x3 on it, hopefully it will be located in 1 of 2 fields in center, If not click on top right coner an gear than " save & exit " , when on main screen press " continue " and click Floor 20 (saved game) and your game will restart only floor 20 from begging this also can be used if you know that you will lose game to avoid being restarted back to floor 1. Anyhow, once scorpion is located at center with 3x value you are going to take one of golden dice with value of 6 on face than place it in center and your dice will have damage of 108 is this is why: Bullseye relic doubles your value of dice placed on center so its 6+6 = 12 and Mark of the chosen one relic gives x3 because it's only one dice set on board so 12*3 = 36 and at end don't forget that scorpion also provides x3 to value as ridder is knocked out so its 36*3 = 108 attack damage. Congratz.

Scorpion Rideeer!
Defeat the Scorpion Rider.

Each turn you have 3 power which means 3 dices can be set on board but with relics it can be boosted up to 5 power. Each dice represent a different action: Healh, attack, defense, restore life points, boost and copy. Regarding that there is special propertys which can be added to dices and relics which can be obtained and you want to hunt for: Relics such as "Bullseye - Dice place on the center slots receive x2 to their value." and "Mark of the chosen one - If there is only one dice on board, it receives x3 to its base value." is must have also recommended if possible "Blindfold of rage - Attack dice cost 0 energy. The target will be randomly chosen at the start of the turn. You can no longer change the target." and " Blinding lightbulb - deal 2 damage to all enemies when dice with the flash property are used." Let's not forget propertys on dices: "Hollow Property - Can be used with no enery cost." and "flash property - The action will happen immediately after placing the dice on the board. " - this is basics you must understand and obtain if you want to reach higher floors. I would strictly avoid any other propertys for dices including heavy (Dice stays on board) and Terrain dice itself (Incerase value of field on board where dice has been set). If you are not familiar with stated terms try to play few matches before attempting to reach floor 20 and above.

As this have been told let's finally start with patern strategy:

Make sure to get the most out of the booster dice, place it in the middle of the deck as it will boost all 2 spaces away from it and you will be able to boost any next 2 of your dice in the turn. Combine it with attack and defense dices or 2 attack dices. Pay attention to enemy healths and damage which can be inflicted to you. Assess the risk is it better to attack and defend or double attack single enemy. It's sometimes better to receive some damage from 2 enemys than 1. NPCs can reward you with Relics, random dice addition to the collection, or heal your character upon passing the roll check but if you fail the roll check, you will have to face a consequence. This is pattern is created to beat Floor 20, perhaps you won't succeed at first attempt because of randomized relics but I can grant in few tries that you will get achivement.

Floor 1 - Discard defense dice.
Floor 2 - Discard boost dice.
Floor 3 - Try to get relic (Dice roll) - Progression depends on relics, they are random.
Floor 4 - Discard life dice.
Floor 5 - Upgrade attack and boost dice to silver.
Floor 6 - Select free relic. - Progression depends on relics, they are random.
Floor 7 - Try to get relic (Dice roll) - Progression depends on relics, they are random.
Floor 8 - Get life or attack dice othervise skip.
Floor 9 - Add property to 1 dice, if it's flash add to attack dice.
Floor 10 - Upgrade attack and boost dice to silver.
Floor 11 - Get life or attack dice othervise skip. Make sure to have only 1 life dice in deck.
Floor 12 - Select free relic. - Progression depends on relics, they are random.
Floor 13 - Upgrade attack and defense dice to silver.
Floor 14 - Must get relic: " Mark of choosen one " (Dice roll)
Floor 15 - Upgrade attack dice to gold
Floor 16 - Select free relic. - Progression depends on relics, they are random.
Floor 17 - Upgrade attack dice to gold.
Floor 18 - Select free relic. - Progression depends on relics, they are random.
Floor 19 - Add property to 1 dice, if it's flash add to attack dice.
Floor 20 - Make sure to always knock out scorpio ridder first than attack scorpion himself at none can damage you next 3 rounds.

Tales Will Be Written
Reach Floor 50 on Endless Mode.

Once floor 50 is reached, achivement will pop up.
Note: No need to complete floor 50.

Basically what you need is:
Bullseye - Dice place on the center slots receive x2 to their value.
Mark of the chosen one - If there is only one dice on board, it receives x3 to its base value.

Any single dice placed on middle has been multiple to x5 , so defense dice with face 6 will grant you 36 defense points. At this point you need to have gold attack, defense and life dices with flash property and you will be unbeatable. First execute all attack dice, than use defense and heal yoursel at end if your power is limited than combine attack and defense dices. You will reach lv50 in no time.

Floor 75 reached
This is my record so far, I messed up with relic which doesn't allow me to pick another enemy than selected by relic and in floor 76 it happens to be another enemy than one which place his "purple dice" on board which means that your dice when placed in middle are not single anymore and not valued x5 times. Was good run.

Thank you

@reeseespbc I found that same exact method while playing. I used Makeshift Trench and Nightmare Plasma together so I can get the 100 damage hit in almost any battle. The Makeshift Trench when skipping stops being helpful after a certain floor though (once you reach enemies that do more than 6 damage). Along with Blindfold of Rage, you can do some insane levels of damage very quickly.

Honestly, "Fancy collector" is a real pain to get... It's the only one I don't have and I'm bored to do runs just while praying for The Rng Lord

You can get That's a lotta damage super easily by getting Nightmare Plasma on a floor with one of those copycat enemies. You can kill all other enemies expect for the copycat and then just spam "Finish" until your attack dice can deal 100 in a single hit. Mirror die will also help with this. Just make sure you don't have Origami Frog!

I found this in some community post. I didn't come up with this strategy myself.

Another correction: The Collector doesn't always appear on floor 16. It's random.

Well written!

- The Event you get on Floor 2 is random, so it wont always be the dying soldier event.
- Flashy Display can be done a lot easier with Flash Attack Dice or the Star-Yo-Yo Relic, though the Moon Chakram and Toxic Cloud Relisc work as well.
- That's a lotta damage can also be done by infinitely stacking terrain dice with Evergreen Sap (or Forge Hammer if your Terrain Dice has Heavy)
