Glass shards to the face + gas canister = gg.
And the head has 20 hp if you let him kill Tanaka.

If u have red arc just go for the head since it has the lowest hp in game. If u don't, just use glass shards, they almost always blind him

Needles's head has no magic evasion (most enemies only have 40%, which is lower than the 85% chance to dodge physical attacks, needles has 0 and will get hit by magic that doesnt totally fizzle)

Legit killed needles by throwing glass in his face and having my ghouls take potshots at his head. Worked for the priest as well
