Santaism

This is the first mod I've made.

Adds the Santaism religion, an evil cult that worships Santa Claus. Various unique holy sites, most of which have their own special buildings, including Santa's Workshop and the Gävle Goat. Also adds a Christmas Elf culture and ethnicity - they will tend to be short with big ears, cheeks, and creepy grins. The Christmas Elf culture also has access to unique men-at-arms and innovations, such as reindeer calvary and flying sleighs.

Two counties, Kittila and Sombio, which are located in modern-day Finland, start out Elvish and Santaist. The latter was renamed Korvatunturi, the mythical home of Father Winter. Santa Claus Village is named after a theme park of the same name in Rovaniemi. Depending on start date, you can play as Santa Claus or Kris Kringle here. I'm working on fixing their appearances...Non-AI Elves can also enact primogeniture, even while tribal.

The religion, holy sites, culture, and special buildings all have some fat bonuses because the idea is to take over the world with Santaism. They're very geared towards winter and taigas, especially the men-at-arms, with the reasoning being that this'll help you get a foothold early game when you're so tiny and everyone around you hates you, and eventually be able to counter Catholicism. Hopefully the thought is later in the game these bonuses aren't as useful once you leave the more northern areas of the map. I dunno how effective this is but I am too tired to mess with it more.

Things I will add when I mentally recover from santa overexposure:
-Decisions and events, including a decision to summon Mariah Carey to wreck havoc on your realm for dread
-Fix the beards of Santa, Kris Kringle, and Father Winter
-Court artifacts
