Typing Quirks (Server)

For too long Wigfrid and WX have been the only characters with special ways of talking - but no more! This mod adds a quirk for every character, each tailored to them.
Quirks can be enabled or disabled individually for each character, as well as Wolfgang's nationality.

Quirks:
Wilson alWays capitalises W.
Willow lights fires next to her messages, 4ND NUM83R5 WH3N 5H3'5 5H0U71N9!

Łolfgang sometimes konwerc his ćarakters to lók Poliś instead of Kyrillik.
Wendy s0unds like this and puts gh0sts next t0 her messages.
Wickerbottom Capitalises Every Word She Says.
Woodie talks aboot things in a Canadian way.
Maxwell staMps the letter M into as Many words as he can.
Webber talkss like a sspider ::::)
