[FIX] FH4 Won't Start - Memory Leak (Crash Steam/etc) in NVIDIA users

1) Go to game folder
2) remove TargetHardwareProfiler.dll
3) Play game! :)


Spanish:

1) Ir a la carpeta del juego
2) quitar el archivo: TargetHardwareProfiler.dll
3) Jugar! :)

This did it. What people are having an issue with is the game trying to use your AMD onboard graphics, instead of your NVIDIA card.
