100% Achievement Guide - The Ramp

In this guide you'll learn how to get all the achievements in The Ramp.

Gameplay Basics

It's recommended that you use a controller for this game. If you don't have one, I'll still show you the controls here. The rest of the guide will try to write on general terms to avoid confusion.

• Duck: Spacebar / A
  
• Steer: A-D / Left stick
  
• Tricks: Up-Down-Left-Right / Right stick
  
• Grind: Ctrl / RB

There's also the tip in the corner of the screen when you're selecting a map, "Start steering before takeoff for extra spin!".
Something the game doesn't tell you is that, if you do tricks while spinning, you spin faster. We'll be using these two ideas a lot throughout the guide.

There are also four maps in the game:

• The Halfpipe: The tutorial map.

• The pool: Two sides with different lengths.

• Two Bowls:

• Megaramp: The easier map to get most achievements, but for the sake of some fun, I'll show you how to get most achievements in the other maps.
  

Achievements

• It's just the beginning...: In the Halfpipe, when you're in the edge of a ramp, steer left or right to start spinning and keep it until your character approaches the edge again. You should see how many degrees you got when you landed.
  
  If you only did 180°, maybe you're not spinning enough or you need more momentum.
  
  
• 540°: Similar to the last one, but this time we need to do tricks while spinning.
  
  
  
• Getting the hang of it...: I found it easier to get on the Megaramp. Use the left ramp and keep spinning while doing tricks.
  
  
  
• Birdman & True Believer:
  We'll use the same idea from Kiwi's guide:

  In the Two Bowls, you need to get some speed on these opposing ramps:
  
  
  When you're landing on the top one, go straight to the bottom right corner and grind it until you cross the gap.
  
  
  Then stop grinding and steer to the right completely and start spinning. Remember to do tricks so your character can spin faster.
  
  
  
• Slippery Slope: In the pool map, get some speed and grind. Keep it going until you don't move anymore.
  You may get 18+ while doing this one.
  
  
• 18+: Same principle as Slippery Slope.
  
  
• Big Ambitions & Lord of the Board: We're using another strategy from Kiwi's guide.
  In the pool map, get speed on the shorter side.
  
  
  When you're landing from the top side, head to the corner of this shadow. You should go straight up and spin. Remember to do tricks too.

• SEND IT!: In the Megaramp map, just head straight and spin as soon as you leave the ramp while doing tricks. When you land, you should get the achievement.
  
  
• Is it still moving?: In the Two Bowls, get momentum and grind from the top edge to the bottom left one.
  
  
  Have faith even when you're losing speed because you may not stop moving yet.
  
  
• Look mum, no hands!: Supposing you haven't gotten it after all this achievements, head to the Two Bowls map. From here there are two ways to get this:
  The first one is the easiest and fastest, but maybe doesn't count for the achievement. Just crash into this orange rectangle as soon as you respawn.
  The second option is to first do a simple trick and then crash.
