This mod adds two failed/unrealized Russian colonial projects as releasables which can be released by Russia only:


English, German and Russian localizations included.

@Marik Well considering Zheltorussia was to be Russified according to the Wiki I would say that it should be the Primary Culture of Russian, as for Sagallo with colonial administrations having the primary culture of their overlord, Sagallo should also only have Russian as their Primary Culture

@𝓐𝓵𝓹𝓱𝓪 It does not really fit into the scope of failed or unrealized projects. As we can see in 1836, the region is a integral part of the empire. @Snowman Yes, I was unsure if I should include other primary cultures. Do you think they should only have Russian as accepted?

How come the Russian Colonial Nations have non russian cultures as their primary culture? like Zheltorussia has Han and Manchu as primary cultures, is it so the colonial nations are stable?
