The Convenience Store - TV Puzzle Guide

This guide will help you through the TV puzzle towards the end of the game.

TV Puzzle Guide Starting Point

On the third night you will start your shift and things quickly get weird. Your other co-worker isn’t behind the counter as usual, go behind the counter to check and try to clock in. You won’t be able to do anything as you could before.

You will need to leave the counter area and walk into the main area of the store. Once you do this you will notice nails all on the ground. Walk back behind the counter and look at the CCTV. You will see a small child walking around the store and stopping in front of certain TVs to look at them. He will look at 4 TVs total, one in each aisle and will keep repeating the pattern until you go out to turn them on yourself. Which TVs he looks at can be hard to see with the placement of the cameras in the store so below is a guide on how to turn on the correct TVs to solve the puzzle.

Full TV Puzzle Guide

Start with your back to the cash register, and go to the aisle furthest to the left. (see below)


On your right, the first TV on the top shelf needs to be turned on. (see below)


Back out of that aisle and go to the next aisle on your right. (see below)

On your right, the TV alone on the middle shelf, after the first large stack of 5 TVs needs to be turned on. (see below)

Now walk through that aisle to the end and turn into the next aisle to your right. (see below)

On your right, the first TV alone on the bottom shelf, after a vertical stack of 3 TV’s needs to be turned on. (see below)

Back out of this aisle, and go to the next aisle to your left. (see below)

The first shelf on the left, the middle TV that is after a vertical stack of 3 TV’s needs to be turned on. (see below)

You will know if you do it correctly right away because they will all stay on. Once this happens check behind the counter and the CCTV one more time and then walk to the back stockroom. The rest and both endings are now up to you!

Counting on this one being the solution. Seems like every TV toward the register end of that far isle would just erupt in static. Must have missed that one that you stated!
