Oh yeah i found one coin that was unmarked, in the first bigass room on the tower leading to Tengoku, there's a coin behind a bush.

In ghost castle there is a coin missing in the top section of the largest room. To get to is simply fall down the middle area, it will be on a shelf with a bounce pad.

Hi! The big upper-left room of the pre-Tengoku area (the tan rooms) has a coin in it! It's hidden behind the grass background against the far right wall, if you drop down through the highest platform you'll get it. I've gotten all the gacha collectibles and still have two coins left, so they definitely hid some extra than necessary for someone to complete the gacha. Just tracking down 100% map completion currently...
