How to launch CS 1.6 after Half-Life 25th Anniversary Update? (Not actual)

Did nothing with HL for years and years, and immediately killed the rest of the GoldSrc based projects. Why?

Introduction

Well... Valve rolled out the Half-Life update, which is undoubtedly not bad, but there's one problem. Other games on the GoldSrc engine (CS 1.6 as an example) stopped running, because they are installed in the same folder where HL is located.

Well, how to fix this?

1. Search Half-Life in your library.
2. RMB > Properties.
3. Go to Betas
4. Select "steam_legacy". This will roll back the Half-Life version.
5. Hope that Valve fixes this problem.

Valve rolled out the CS 1.6 update, which solved this problem. This guide is no longer relevant.
