What this mod does :
Increases assimilation rate and conversion
Gives education natural assimilation rate and conversion rate
Reduces tick rate spending of AI
Added morality per turmoil to policing to help reduce population

Hey, I don't believe this mod needs updating since none of the variables have changed with 1.9, should work with 1.9 with no issues

This mod makes the starting bureaucracy for qing - 7k, making it unplayable

It's slight adjustments but there is also a minimum assimilation and conversion added but for me it drastically improves performance without changing the game to much

The current state of defines is identical to the game defaults, so "Increases assimilation rate and conversion" and "Reduces tick rate spending of AI" don't do anything here.
