NOTE: Getting the second set of EP1 endings
I've seen some conflicting things on whether or not it's legitimately possible to do both sets of Episode 1 endings without modifying the game files. I can't imagine it's not, but I haven't seen any concrete evidence on what makes it possible to go back and do them.

What I have seen are some comments about picking up a picture somewhere that resets your EP1 progress and brings Eun-joo back, but I haven't seen a video confirming it, and I personally couldn't find it. If you have info and proof of this PLEASE LET ME KNOW so I can update this guide.

Normally I don't condone file modifying but... unless a legitimate way does exist, it seems to be the only way to actually complete the ending collection.
Progression Flowchart
Episode 1
EP1: Refers to the standard episode 1 path, where you interact with Eun-joo.
A-EP1: Refers to the alternate episode 1 path unlocked after completing episode 2 for the first time. Eun-joo is not interacted with.

EP1 Endings

1. Deception
When Eun-joo asks if you know where Seo-yeon is, don't tell her.
“Sungtae is separated from Soojin because of a possessed being’s attack. While desperately searching for her, Sungtae is lured outside the school by a voice. This was Eunjoo, imitating Soojin’s voice. When Sungtae realises he’s been tricked, he goes back inside the school, but Soojin is already dead.”

2. Distrust
When Eun-joo asks if you know where Seo-yeon is, tell her.
“Soojin figures out that Sungtae doesn’t believe that she didn’t kill Sungah. Out of guilt, Sungtae goes after her and tries to clear things up. However, a possessed being suddenly appears and kills both of them.”

A-EP1 Endings

3. Wrong Choice
When Seo-yeon tells you to not use the amulet to break the white tiger barrier, ignore her warning.
“The principal kidnaps Soojin. To open the door that they escaped through, Sungtae tries to destroy the reaper’s circle of the white tiger with a golden wood plaque. Seoyeon arrives and warns him that if the reaper’s circle is destroyed, the chairman will revive. Sungtae doesn’t believe Seoyeon, and destroys the reaper’s circle. The revival ritual starts, causing Soojin’s body to be taken over by the first chairman.”

4. Crucial Mistake
Trust Seo-yeon's warning, but go straight to the Auditorium through the hallway in Main Building 1 before collecting the other 2 amulets.
“Sungtae is trying to destroy the reaper’s circle of the white tiger with a wooden plate of gold. Seoyeon arrives just in time and warns Sungtae that the revival ritual of the first chairman will begin if he doesn’t return the reaper’s circle back to normal. Sungtae believes what Seoyeon said and returns the energy of the reaper’s circle back to normal by retrieving the plates, but unfortunately, there was one plate that he couldn’t retrieve. Because of that, the revival ritual begins, and Soojin gets her body possessed by the first chairman.”

5. Confession
Trust Seo-yeon's warning, and collect the other 2 amulets from where you placed them before heading to the Auditorium.
“The revival ritual failed after retrieving the plates for the five lines from the reaper’s circle, just as Seoyeon said. Sungtae finds Soojin in the underground ritual room. The principal, working for the first chairman, appears and traps him in the pot of souls. There, Sungtae faces his real feelings, but then escapes and reunites with Soojin.”
Episode 2
6. Dissonance
Finish EP1 with the Deception ending, and then play through EP2.
“Seoyeon gets desperate as the reaper’s circles get neutralized, crushing any hopes for revenge on the Yeondu Foundation. Soojin asks Seoyeon for help while being chased by possessed beings, but Seoyeon is only thinking about restoring the reaper’s circles. Although Soojin is in danger, Seoyeon instructs Sungtae to return the wooden plate of the five lines back. Sungtae ignores Seoyeon’s request, and both face a tragic ending.

7. Karma
Finish EP1 with the Distrust ending, and then play through EP2.
“Eunjoo was a member of the Occult Club like Seoyeon and became a ghost that roams the school. Seoyeon’s antisocial personality disorder worsened after losing her father. When she was able to hear ghost’s voices, she murdered Eunjoo to confirm if she could really hear the dead. Eunjoo gets revenge by killing Seoyeon, who erased the truth of her murder."

8. Blackout
After getting the Wrong Choice ending, play EP2 again. This ending will trigger after completing the moon puzzle and exiting that room in the New Building.
“Seoyeon’s revenge on the Yeondu Foundation failed because Sungtae destroyed her reaper’s circle. When Seoyeon encounters the first chairman possessing Soojin’s body, she realises that her revenge is impossible. She gives up on her revenge, but as she heads back, Eunjoo’s ghost appears before Seoyeon.”
Can only be done on your second game cycle (EP1 -> EP2 -> A-EP1 -> EP2)

9. Kkotnim Sweetheart
Find all occult club photos (guide on my youtube) and the white chrysanthemum. When you can get into the principal’s office, collect all items in the room to trigger a cutscene where you can see someone going into the lost and found room and collecting the diary. Then, collect the candle from the occult club room. Then head to NB 3F, and finish with the "Endless Whispers" ending path below.
“Seoyeon neutralised the five circles of the Yeondu Foundation and prevented the first chairman’s revival. As she leaves, the ghosts of her father and Eunjoo appear in front of her. Seoyeon realises that her father didn't want her to become a murderer and how he taught her to apologise if she wronged a friend. Seoyeon reflects on killing Eunjoo and apologises to her. Then, Seoyeon’s father and Eunjoo go into the light.”

10. Endless Whispers
After getting the EP1 Confession ending, play EP2 again and a cutscene should trigger after the moon puzzle room. Grab the key from the 4th floor Library, open the spectacles case and place the spectacles on the bust in the history room.
“Finally, the five circles were neutralised by activating the reaper’s circle. The first chairman’s revival was prevented, critically harming the Yeondu Foundation. But most of all, Seoyeon was glad because she felt like she avenged her father. But when she thought it was all over, Eunjoo appeared. Now able to escape the school, Eunjoo will be with Seoyeon forever.”
Can only be done on your second game cycle (EP1 -> EP2 -> A-EP1 -> EP2)
Episode 3
These are pretty easy- there aren't a lot of differences between them.

11. Sacrifice
Choose to eavesdrop in the Broadcast Room, and don't take the key from Yuri when she offers it.
“Jimin found out the truth of the Broadcasting Club 3 years ago through Inhyup’s death in the basement. Yuri has no idea what she did wrong. In fact, she sarcastically says that Nayoung’s death was caused by her foolishness. Though she pities Yuri, Nayoung possesses Yuri’s body and kills herself.”

12. All for Nothing
Choose to eavesdrop in the Broadcast Room, and take the key from Yuri when she offers it.
“Following Yuri’s advice, Jimin investigates the Night Duty Room and witnesses Inhyup, who escaped from the prison, being murdered by the guard, through the surveillance camera. She also learns that Nayoung was persistently tormented by Inhyup in the past. As Jimin leaves the Night Duty Room, she encounters Nayoung. Jimin informs her of Inhyup’s death and expresses her wish for Nayoung to move on. However, Nayoung simply shakes her head…”

13. Revenge
Enter the Broadcast Room and don’t collect all of Na-young’s diary.
“Jimin destroys the Holy Tree and leaves the school. Meanwhile, Yuri is tied up in the Home Economics classroom by Jihyeon, who is possessed by Nayoung, and the fire starts to spread just like the accident that killed Sungah.”

14. Revenge Incarnate
Enter the Broadcast Room and collect all of Na-young’s diary pieces scattered across the school.
“Someone learned about Seoyeon’s antisocial personality disorder and used it to drive Sungah to her death. That person won’t stop until they get what they want.”

TLDR:
Eavesdrop + Don't Take Key = Sacrifice
Eavesdrop + Take Key = All for Nothing
Enter Room + Don't Collect Diary = Revenge
Enter Room + Collect Full Diary = Revenge Incarnate
