Figured it out:To get the secret fight, In the final fight against Sub-Zero you need to play as Mileena and switch stance 15 Times. And use Frost Fart if you haven't play much mileena

There is a discussion post made by Acowsik where him and I found all of the S3 ones and what hasn't been updated yet. Except for buggy Deadly Tail. It just let me walk right through the barrier but apparently him not so much.
