There are a lot of you talented players in FM24, the future world stars, the wonderkids. This guide will show you over 200 of the most promising players sorted by position. For this guide I focus on players that are 20 years or younger except for goalkeepers where I focus on players that are 19 years or younger.

When it comes to youngsters in Football Manager 2024 there is always a random aspect when it comes to their potential so they may vary a bit from save to save.

Purple Pikachu: Since there is RNG involved with youngsters in FM their potential ability will vary a bit from save to save. So knowing that the scouts in the save I use where I show the players considers their potential ability to be very high doesn’t bring much value to the viewer.

To know their exact potential ability in your save you need to scout them yourself. This video aim to help you with what youngsters you should definitely scout since they are among the best in the world in most saves.
