What does the Healing Radio Do

The Healing Radio Stations don't technically heal Snake in the conventional video game sense that his HP will just fill up. The station will fill the Stamina Bar the first time you listen to it on a run. Because healing is a Passive thing in Metal Gear Solid 3, that full Stamina Bar will result in a speeding up of the HP Bar regeneration.

In summation the order of events is:
- Call a Healing Radio Station
- Listen to the Station
- Stamina Refills
- HP Bar begins to fill back up

It's not instant and does require patience, like many aspects of MGS games do. I suggest using them only when needed as they are only somewhat faster than just taking a short break from playing or eating some food and resting for a bit.

Basics of Tune-In Tokyo

To get the Achievement Tune-In Tokyo you need to call the secret radio stations and the stations are different depending on the Difficulty Level selected. To start, go to your Codec Call, and begin Tuning the dial to the station in question.

Easy Mode

On Easy the Stations are:

I should've made it more clear in the Guide, but the radio station basically is a Stamina Regen that causes Health to be regained as a result. Healing in MGS3 is directly effected by two things, Stamina and Time Not Being Damaged/ Fighting. It's why when you save & quit then come back later, Snake has a full bar of HP and has likely no injuries. Para Medic even talks about this feature in her first Codec Call.

On Normal the codec station 142.0 in the list should be '142.09' Thank you for the list though! :)
