Dedicated Server Game using WindowsGSM

This guide will help you install WindowsGSM and Plugin TheFront to Setup easy manageable dedicated server

WindowsGSM.TheFront

🧩 WindowsGSM plugin that provides The Front Dedicated server support!

WindowsGSM Installation:

• Download WindowsGSM https://windowsgsm.com/
  
• Create a Folder at a Location you wan't all Server to be Installed and Run.
  
• Drag WindowsGSM.Exe into previoulsy created folder and execute it.

Plugin Installation:

Extract then Move TheFront.cs folder to plugins folder
OR Press on the Puzzle Icon in the left bottom side and install this plugin by navigating to it and select the Zip File.

• Download latest[github.com] release
  
• Extract then Move TheFront.cs folder to plugins folder
  
• OR Press on the Puzzle Icon in the left bottom side and install this plugin by navigating to it and select the Zip File.
  
• Click [[i]RELOAD PLUGINS]

Navigate "Servers" and Click "Install Game Server" and find "TheFront Dedicated Server [TheFront.cs]"

Change configuration manually

• Open WGSM Go to "Browse" Tab and Click "Server Files"
  
• Find "WGSM/servers/<server_id>/serverfiles/TheFrontManager/ServerConfig_<generated_number>.ini" for game settings
  
• Recommendation for ports use 27047, 27048, 27048, 27050 (This is already setup but if you prefer different ports its up to you.)

NOTE

• All Available Config
  
• <replaceme> replace this text with your desired config value
  
• add this config on your .bat file and add (negative sign) for example -ServerPassword="changeme" (NOTE: this .cs doesnt need bat file)

• Make sure you install STEAM launcher Install or else you will have problem with SocketsSteamSockets
  
• Make sure you don't overlap forwarded ports ex: 27015:27018 then another range 27010:27020 this is very wrong

NOTE: ServerTags=0,1,2,3,4 The label has nothing to do with the server parameters, so you have to choose the one you can use among these:

0= PVP 
1= PVE
2= EXP Multiplikator
3= GatheringRate
4= KeepInventory
5= 45d wipe
6= 15d wipe
7= 30d wipe
8= 60d wipe

Adding Admin ServerAdminAccounts

• Edit Config and add parameters on the bottom
  
• How to get SteamID64 Click Here[www.steamidfinder.com]
  
• Unfortunately -UserDir can't be overriden
  
• Don't change DedicatedServer as Map

Hi, I'm trying to install the game server after I extracted the plugin to the plugin folder. Ive picked The Front Dedicated Server [TheFront.cs] from the list but I get a fatal error on the install.

no one can fix this at the moment its not issue with my plugin maybe try to join to the developer discord and submit support but as far as i know everyone is asking for this

Hi there! Thx for game! But we got small trouble.

One of this - when i create server, and change XP and other, then write in config "ServerTags=1,2,3,4,5 " - its show standart XP and other.

I change XP from 1 to 5, and displayed 1XP, not 5XP

Fix it please.

And if it is possible - add the ability to insert your own tags 1-2 words
