Introduction
Greetings reader! This guide is written to systematize the knowledge of medicine in the PPG game and to disseminate this knowledge.
Medicine is a system of scientific knowledge and practical activities, the goals of which are to promote and preserve health, prolong life, prevent and treat human and animal diseases, as well as alleviate suffering from physical and mental illnesses.
In the guide we will understand the biological structure of man, types of human treatment, medical devices and much more. I hope you, dear reader, find the information written in this manual helpful.
Human biology
A human being consists of 14 body parts:
- 1 head;
- 3 parts of the torso;
- 2 parts of the arm(each side);
- 2 parts of the leg(each side);
- 2 feet.
Also a human being is made up of: blood, skin, connective tissues and bones.

Connective tissues help hold body parts together, seen when separating body parts, connecting back at the time of writing the guide these connective tissues to the body, probably not.

The human being contains 5 liters of blood, thanks to the heart it circulates throughout the body, transferring with blood and oxygen to the brain. Lack of blood, can weaken a person and lead to death.

A person can stay underwater without oxygen for 40 seconds without serious consequences, closer to 40 seconds, the lungs run out of air and the brain is oxygen starved, causing brain damage, after 40 seconds, there are about 10 seconds to pull out of the water before the person dies.

The standard human heart rate is a mark of 73-76 beats per minute(BPM). Lack of a pulse will result in death. The lower the blood pressure, the lower the heartbeat, if there is no heartbeat, the blood stops circulating through the body, which leads to death.

The standard temperature is not known exactly. In game, the thermometer and the panel temperature show different results, the temperature difference in the estimation is up to 3°C.

The most fragile parts of the body are the head and upper torso (chest), but at the same time, they are also the most important parts of the body for sustaining life in humans.

The human body is very amazing. It's very fragile, but it's also very strong. According to my experiments, each person has an individual maximum that the body can withstand. On average, I got 3 tons that a person can withstand without bursting.

Effect of temperature/external conditions on the body
A person can live at an atmospheric temperature of 186°C, after the 186°C mark a person will burn at a body heat of 70°C, for it is at this mark that the body ignites.

At a body temperature of 22°C a person starts to move from the cold and the extremity of the hands and heels start to gradually die. In the question of what minus temperature is deadly, depends very much on the atmospheric temperature, because the death threshold with different atmospheric temperatures is different. But, any minus body temperature is dangerous to human life. It will be more difficult for a person to die in warm conditions from the cold, so we will take for description the atmospheric temperature of -40°C, this is the temperature on the cold map. The lethal body temperature for a human will be -66°C, after this body temperature, cardiac arrest can be caused by cold.
Inspect parameter
The Inspect menu is accessed with the LKM by selecting a body part and clicking on the Inspect tab.

4 Parameters:
Consciousness is the state in which a person is awake. Consciousness can be temporarily eliminated with a knockout syringe or a strong blow to the head. If a person dies, then his consciousness cannot be restored.

Shock is the body's reaction to an injury. If a limb is shot, punctured, or broken, it will increase the level of shock. Each type of injury has a different shock level.
Also, when the shock level reaches 50% or more, the person goes into a protective posture and remains in it until the shock level drops below 50%.

Oxygen - oxygen is necessary for human life, without it a person will die, there is no oxygen in water bodies as well as in lava.

Adrenaline is released when the body is damaged. It increases the heart rate, it also lowers the shock, but it does not reduce the suffering of the person to zero. This effect can be induced artificially with a syringe of adrenaline. Adrenaline can also awaken a person if they are unconscious.

Pain - The reaction of a living organism to pain. This parameter is hidden in the game, unlike adrenaline and shock, but pain can be recognized by the fact that the person is kicking until his pain subsides.

Integrity I assume that this parameter means the integrity of the body.

Blood amount: 100% = 5 liters of blood. The less blood in the body, the weaker the person, after the blood level in the whole body reaches below 30%, there is a lack of blood for life and legs begin to fail, after 20% blood is not enough to sustain life.

Blood pressure is the amount of blood in the body and the work of the heart.

Internal temp.

Detail view
Tab that is called by pressing the "S" button. Thanks to it, you can see whether the body part is alive or not.
Injuries
Trauma - damage, which is understood as a violation of anatomical integrity or physiological functions of organs and tissues of the body, resulting from external impact.

A bruise is a minor injury that can be caused by a fall or a blunt blow, and it will go away with time.

A bone fracture occurs when a bone is loaded with a load that it cannot withstand, causing the bone to break.

A stab wound is a wound caused by any sharp object.

Gunshot wound - a wound that occurs when a bullet hits the body.

Rotting - decomposition of tissues, not dangerous for humans, the part of the body that rotted is extremely fragile and can easily break off, so it is recommended to amputate the part that rotted completely.

Decomposition - similar to putrefaction, but putrefaction leaves dead skin cells, while decomposition does not, it eats them and leaves only the skeleton.

Burn - burning of skin tissue by contact with fire or electricity. Over time, the burn heals and the skin is restored to normal.

Injuries(inspect tab):
Dead - the inevitable and irreversible cessation of the biological and physiological processes of an organism's vital activity, expressed in the complete cessation of all its functions.

Bleeding can occur in case of a puncture wound or gunshot wound, it loses blood. To stop it, a person needs to bandage the bleeding part of the body, or inject a syringe of coagulant. In extreme cases, you can use a red-hot metal object, it can cauterize the wound. It is important not to overdo the temperature of the object you want to cauterize the bleeding.

Internal Bleeding can occur from an injury or wound, use a coagulation syringe to treat it. Sometimes can go away on its own.

Numb in this condition makes it harder for a person to move, usually occurs with wounds. It is either treated with a syringe of adrenaline or may go away with time.

Punctured lungs can be caused by multiple bullet hits to the upper torso, where the lungs are located. This injury is characterized by loss of oxygen to the body. If the lungs are punctured, it is urgent to put the person on a ventilator. This can be treated with a Mending Syringe.

Dismembered occurs from a body part that has been separated.

Heart Stopped is caused by direct damage to the heart, such as a gunshot or stab wound, and can also be caused by breaking the upper torso where the heart is located. Heart Stopped can also be caused by: lack of oxygen, exposure to dangerous liquids, electricity, cold. After cardiac arrest, it is recommended to use a defibrillator as soon as possible.

Brain Damage occurs when the head is damaged.
Brain Damage causes seizures and joint locking, accompanied by seizures. During seizures, a person's heart may stop beating. It is recommended to use a ventilator during treatment.
Tritium is needed to treat brain damage. Tritium can be pumped out of an atomic bomb. A minimal amount of tritium is sufficient for treatment (large amounts of tritium can cause cardiac arrest), I have also read that there is a variant of treatment with electricity, but I have not been able to get results in this type of treatment.

Brain-dead when the brain dies the whole body dies. With the use of an artificial circulatory machine, the body may continue to function and continue to be vital, but the brain will be dead and the person will be like a living unconscious puppet. The brain can be restored with tritium.

Gunshot Wound(s) X (amount)
Broken Bone(s) X (amount)
Bruise(s) X (amount)
1-100% rotten
1-100% burnt
1-100% skin-damage
Medical items/apparatus
Liquids
Life Syringe revitalizes anything and everything, I consider it an unfair way of healing.

Mending Syringe this syringe increases limb integrity, slows and stops bleeding and tries to reverse decomposition and even repair rotted body parts and can even cure brain death, I believe this drug for treating humans is not honest either.

Knockout Syringe a drug that incapacitates a person by rendering them unconscious, can be useful in surgeries.

Painkiller Syringe provides pain relief, but is dangerous in large quantities.

Coagulation Syringe speeds up the blood clotting process and heals all bleeding wounds, along with internal bleeding. Very useful for first aid.

Death Syringe kills all living things instantly and painlessly. Can be used for euthanasia, if a person cannot be cured and is about to die, you can ease their suffering.

Adrenaline Syringe allows you to increase adrenaline levels in the body. It can be useful for awakening if a person is unconscious.

Water Breathing Syringe is used to enable breathing underwater. While this medication is working on the human body, it is possible to rescue a person from the water or to perform an operation underwater if the situation requires it and there is no time to remove the person from the water.

Ultra Strength Syringe - this drug can make a person immortal in large quantities, it can also resurrect a dead body without curing the brain only. It also has the ability to stop bleeding.

Tritium, a substance used in an atomic bomb, can be used to treat brain damage. Large amounts of tritium in the body can cause a person to glow and lead to death.

Apparatus
Blood Tank although the name says it is only for blood, it can be used for other liquids as well. The tank can be pumped in, pumped out and poured out, and is well suited for storing liquids in it.

Cardiopulmonary Bypass Machine This machine allows the body to continue to function by replacing the heart when it stops. Blood continues to circulate through the body when this machine is operating. It can be very useful in surgeries to maintain blood circulation.

Defibrillator a device for electrical pulse therapy of heart rhythm disorders. The device generates a short pulse of electricity, so that the heart can restore its function. To restore heart function, the first electrode is placed on the neck and the second electrode on the lower torso.

Life Detector The Life Detector reacts to living cells. It can be useful for finding survivors of disasters, accidents, etc.

Heart Monitor allows you to monitor the number of heart beats per minute(BMP). It can be useful for monitoring a person's condition.

Infrared Thermometer shows the temperature of everything the laser hits. The maximum beam measurement range is 7 meters.

Thermometer allows you to measure the temperature of anything that is touched or connected to it via Heat pipe.

Tools

Bandage is in the Tools section on the right.
Used for healing tissue and stopping bleeding. This item is very necessary in medicine.

Liquid conduit helps to transfer fluids from one area to another. Can be useful for transferring liquids.

Heat pipe can help transfer temperature to another object, can be useful for measuring temperature with a thermometer or warming the body.
Medical procedures
Amputation
Amputation is a procedure that is needed to remove a limb(s), usually done to remove rotted parts of the skin. Here are detailed instructions for humane amputation:

1. Prepare items. We will need: Knockout syringe, coagulant syringe, adrenaline syringe, blood jar and bandages.

2. Place the patient in an unconscious state. Give him knockout fluid while the operation is in progress.

3. Amputation. Separate the part of the body to be amputated.

4. Stop the blood. Inject a coagulant near the severed limb and bandage the area where the limb was severed.

5. Reconstruct the loss. Remove all excess from the body and from the jar pump the blood into a syringe, and inject a syringe full of blood into the patient so that he can recover the lost blood.

6. Awakening. Awaken the person by injecting adrenaline into him.

This concludes the entire amputation.

I have noticed that if you shoot a high cailber weapon around a persons head (enough times) it will kill the brain causes sudden death and the body to collapse (the reason being the integrity was affected by the shockwave of the weapon)

You should add something about the fact that you can transfer blood pressure from one human to another by connecting two liquid conduits to two different people.

i think the temperature discrepancy is because the thermometer is measuring external temperature while inspect is measuring internal
