Best and Worst weapons in Party Animals

My thoughts and ranking of every weapon currently in Party Animals, to help you decide which weapons you should pick up!

Guide last updated - Version 23.11.16 V1.2.3.0 of Party Animals

In Party Animals there are a decent amount of weapons, each with their own unique attributes, So I decided to rank every weapon.

List of all current weapons

There are currently 13 weapons and 2 consumables in Party Animals. This list will update if any more are added in the future!

How I will be ranking

I am going to be using a simple ranking system, starting from Horrible and making it to Best. But keep in mind, just because I don't consider a weapon good, doesn't mean you shouldn't ever use it. This game is about having fun after all, use what weapons you like to use.

While ranking I will be taking into account the weapon's damage, range, speed, etc.


Will always pick it up.

Horrible Weapons

13. The Plunger

• In last place we have the plunger, the plunger sticks to a player for 20 seconds and makes it harder to climb and roll, but doesn't do any damage. And due to it doing no damage or knock-back I'm ranking it here.

• Pros - Sticks to players for 20 seconds, making it harder to roll/climb.

• Cons - Doesn't do any damage or knock-back.

Bad Weapons

12. The Baseball Bat

• The baseball bat is a fast weapon with low damage and a big downside, its range, it has the smallest range in the game, leaving it very hard to hit anyone. After doing the Ghost Levi Halloween quest I can say the baseball has got me jump-kicked in the face more than I've dealt any damage with it.

• Pros - Fast attack speed.

• Cons - Very small range, low damage.

11. The Tennis Racket

• The tennis racket is not a good weapon, it has a very low attack damage and speed with medium range. It takes 13-ish hits to kill a player. The swinging also just feels weak in my opinion.

• Pros - Medium range.

• Cons - Bad damage, low attack speed (13 hits to kill).

10. The Boomerang

• The boomerang is a fun weapon to throw if it lands a hit, but getting hit by your own boomerang is common. The boomerang doesn't really have any real use other than being funny.

• Pros - Fun to throw.

• Cons - Easy to get hit by your own boomerang.

Alright Weapons

9. The Pan

• The pan is a weapon with short range and alright damage, including a bit of knock-back. It takes 5 hits to kill a player.

• Pros - Alright damage and knock-back.

• Cons - Small range.

8. The Crossbow

• The crossbow is a interesting weapon, as you would expect it shoots arrows. But the arrows are different depending on which crossbow you have, there is a green one and a red one. The green one shoots normal arrows and the red one shoots plunger arrows, the plunger arrows stick to the player making it harder to roll and climb. The crossbow is good for keeping back players, and reloads after about 20 shots.

• Pros - Keeps players at a distance, fast fire-rate.

• Cons - Reloads every 20 shots, bad for close range.

7. The Taser gun

• The taser is a fun weapon, It zaps players causing them to become stunned on the floor. I don't think it does any damage but it has a chain effect, if you touch a stunned player you will also become stunned. It shoots taser bullets that stick to the player. Stun lasts about 6 seconds.

• Pros - Stuns players (which lasts about 6 seconds), has a chain effect.

• Cons - Can get yourself stunned if you touch the zapped player.

Good Weapons

6. The Freeze Gun

• Like the taser, the freeze gun stuns players aka freezes them. But the freeze gun doesn't stun you when you get near to a frozen player, so you can push players while they are trapped in the ice. But you can freeze yourself if the bullet ricochet off of something, being frozen lasts 5 seconds. Oh and being frozen makes you immune to the poison gas on the Ichiban map.

• Pros - Can push frozen players (which lasts 5 seconds).

• Cons - Low fire-rate, can freeze yourself.

5. The Bomb

• The bomb is a good weapon if you know how to use it, it has a big explosion radius and can easily knock players off of many maps. After triggering, the bomb has a 6 second timer before exploding, or explodes instantly after touching the ground when thrown. The closer you are to the explosion the farther you fly.

• Pros - Big explosion range, sends players flying.

• Cons - Can be hit by the explosion if not careful.

4. The Nunchucks

• The more I've used the nunchucks the more I've started to like them, the nunchucks are not bad. They are very easy to knock players out with because of the wide range and fast attack speed, their downside of course being the fact that you can knock yourself out. The amount of swings it takes before you knock yourself out is completely random but usually takes a quite a bit of swings.

• Pros - Wide range, fast attack speed.

• Cons - Can knock yourself out, bad damage (about 13 hits to kill).

Honorable Mentions

Before we look at the best weapons, here are some honorable mentions



The Canned Spinach

• The canned spinach is the first consumable added to the game when it was released, the reason it isn't on the ranking is because I'm ranking weapons not consumables. But it still deserves a honorable mention, the canned spinach gives your character a fiery aura that makes all your attacks stronger for 30 seconds. The spinach can is definitely a reference to Popeye's spinach. If I were to rank it I'd put it in Good.

The Invisibility Potion

• Added in the 23.11.16 V1.2.3.0 update, the invisibility potion is a OP consumable. When consumed you gain a purple aura, but on other player's screens you turn completely invisible, invisibility lasts 20 seconds. When you get knocked out while invisible, your invisibility temporarily gets disabled until you wake up. If I were to rank this consumable I'd put it in Best.

Best Weapons

3. The Inflatable Hammer

• The inflatable hammer is the 3rd best weapon in my opinion, The inflatable Hammer has a very big knock-back, but it is unable to knock out players. On open maps this is definitely one of the best weapons, but due to it being unable to knock-out players (and damage players) I will put it in 3rd place for most maps.

• Pros - Huge knock-back.

• Cons - Doesn't knock out players, does no damage.

2. The Shovel

• In Second Place we have the shovel. The shovel used to be the best weapon in the game until the 23.10.28 V1.2.0.0 Halloween update, where it got a major nerf. The Shovel used to be a 2 shot kill but now it's a 10 SHOT KILL, it's knock-back appears to have been buffed though, now it has huge knock-back.

• Pros - Huge knock-back and decent range.

• Cons - Low attack speed, low damage (10 shot kill).

1. The Lollipop

• In first place we have the lollipop, it's easily the strongest weapon in the game. It has extremely good damage (2 shot kill) and decent range.

• Pros - Extremely good damage (2 shot kill), decent range.

• Cons - Low attack speed, bad knock-back.

- Conclusion -

In conclusion the best Party Animals weapon is the Lollipop, but that's just my opinion. If you enjoyed this list then why not rate it, this took me quite long to make.

nunchucks aren't good nor best, they deserve whole other category which is "broken"

The Inflatable Hammer can knock out players you just need to hit them directly on the head. Its rare but have seen it happen when using it and when used on me. Like the targets needs to have his head near the ground to it to work if they are standing you never hit the head.

Nunchucks best imo.

The Tennis racket is good to disarm opponents and stay in the competition.

The Plunger is good at keeping the best player of the game on hold for 20 seconds to take advantage and turn the tables.

The Crossbow can do a lot of damage when aiming and it keeps opponents unable to move properly on ground or keeps them in the water.

Nunchucks are broken IMO. You have an insane Attack Speed, movement Speed and damage is crazy from what I've seen.

I think they mean if your using it to beat someone to death with, not the utility of the weapon.

Plunger is not horrible wp, for ichiban and ice breaker stuck it in the front make plunged one is hard to climb and roll, so it's how you use it
