Anomaly Achievements

This section is dedicated to locating and getting rid of "special" anomalies that can kill you if you don't get rid of them in time. In order to get the achievements, you must report the special anomaly. Some anomalies must be left-clicked on, and some must be reported through the Report Menu.

Bang, Bang, Bang

Meet the Passenger

On the Train map, an anomaly that is hunched over and disfigured will appear in Dining Car. It will approach the camera and straighten its back to show its enlarged head.

To report it, you must hold left-click on it.

Do Not Argue With Him

Meet the Director

On the Train map, an anomaly wearing a long coat, sunglasses, and gloves will appear in place of the yellow luggage in Passengers C.

To report it, you must hold left-click on it.

I Got You Flowers

Meet the Banshee

On the Hotel map, an anomaly (dressed in a wedding gown floating in front of the camera and holding a bouquet up to the camera) will appear in in the Hotel Room.

To report it, you must hold left-click on it.

Nope, Nope, Nope

Meet the Crawler

On the Hotel map, an anomaly resembling a baby and crawling towards the camera will appear in in the Aisle. To coincide said crawling, the camera also switches perspective to look directly down the hall.

To report it, you must right-click and select "Intruder".

They See Me Rolling

Meet the Bruxsa

On the Hospital map, an anomaly in a wheelchair will be wheeling towards the camera in Corridor.

To report it, you must hold left-click on it.

You Should Really Stay In Bed

Meet the Patient

On the Hospital map, an anomaly wearing a hospital gown and carting around an IV stand will appear in the Lobby.

To report it, you must hold left-click on it.

This Might Hurt... a Lot

Meet the Doctor

In the University map, an anomaly dressed in a doctor's garb and sawing a human body on the cart will appear in the Classroom.

To report it, you must hold left-click on it.

You'll Learn

Meet the Principal

In the University map, an anomaly wearing a principal's robe and standing at the foot of the stairs will appear in the Lobby. It only appears if you report an anomaly regarding the principal's painting, which is located on the far right.

To report it, you must hold left-click on it.

Do Not Disturb the Water

Meet the Nixie

On the Summer Cottage map, an anomaly (low on its hands, like it's imitating a spider) will appear in the Sauna, on the left of the building.

To report it, you must hold left-click on it.

You Could Use a Shower

Meet the Lumberjack

On the Summer Cottage map, an anomaly resembling an elderly man (wearing overalls and wielding an axe) will approach the camera in the Warehouse.

To report it, you must hold left-click on it.

Did You See It?

Meet the Stalker

On the Pool map, an anomaly will appear in both Shower and Poolside;

• If in Shower, it will be on the ceiling, in the dark right corner of the camera.
  
• If in Poolside, it will appear on top of the pool floats and approach the camera.

To report it, you must hold left-click on it.

No Strings Attached

Meet the Marionette

on the Pool map, an anomaly resembling a petite girl will be singing a tune and circling around in the background of the Entrance.

To report it, you must hold left-click on it.

Shh! Secret Achievements

Description: Witness the secret ending

To obtain: Complete all maps to unlock a cutscene that plays automatically.

Oh, How You Have Grown!

Description: Meet !!!HUGE MAN!!!

To obtain: On the University map, !!!HUGE MAN!!! will appear in the Auditorium.

To report it, you must report !!!HUGE MAN!!!.
