Buffed skin suits

This mod is for those weirdos who want to fight while wearing skin suits.

-Changes Human Skin to a light armour, while Human Skin Suit a medium armour.

-You can craft them in leather armour bench. Savant's blueprint unlocks both of them.

-Full head, chest and stomach coverage, limbs have a 60% coverage. I think it'll be a pain in the ass crafting them if the total coverage is too high (material cost is based on that), so I cut some limb coverage.

Skin bandits may be a little stronger... just a little. They wear cheap rank armours, I don't even need to change them.

I found it not so painful crafting them so I changed the limbs' coverage to 100%.
