Alternative way to download exe files only (~200 MB):

*You still will need to get Localization files from my link.

1) Replace next files in your game's folder:
Baldurs Gate 3\bin\Osiris.dll
Baldurs Gate 3\bin\bg3_dx11.exe
Baldurs Gate 3\bin\bg3.exe
Baldurs Gate 3\Data\Localization\English.pak

*Delete Russian folder if you don't need it:
Baldurs Gate 3\Data\Localization\Russian\Russian.pak

2) Delete file:
Baldurs Gate 3\Data\Patch3.pak

3) MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE A COPY OF THIS FOLDER (COPY IT IN ANY OTHER PLACE ON YOUR PC, OR YOU MAY ACIDENTALY DELETE YOUR SAVE FILES IN NEXT STEP):
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\PlayerProfiles\Public\Savegames

4) Delete everything in the next folder EXCEPT for Savegames folder, a copy of which you made for safety just before:
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Larian Studios

5) Disable Steam Cloud for the game.

6) Launch game as usual.

You have to download exe files from this:
run: steam://nav/console
download_depot 1086940 1419652 2817752146129460523

For data files you may try to remove next files:
- Patch5_Hotfix2.pak
- Patch5_Hotfix4.pak
And then try to run game with downloaded exe files.

BUT.
Two other files were modified since then:
- Data/Localization/English.pak
- InstallScript.vdf
It may work with them or may not.

So if you want 100% working Hotfix 12 version, you will also have to download all data files (100 GB++):
run: steam://nav/console

You may also remove
- Baldurs Gate 3\Data\Patch3_Hotfix1.pak
after Hotfix 7 update.

Rest are same steps.
