Reputation or How to win the game
By Arseniy-II
Reputation mechanics is unclear. Here I'll try to make it easier for you to decide which orders to accept and when.

TLDR: accept orders only from witches (make sure no monks near stand), monks (make sure no witches near stand), merchants and hunters (make sure no merchants and hunters from opposite faction near stand), peasants and bookworms from England and France and mercenaries. Accept orders from bandits if reputation with Bandits < 90. After reputation 90 with Bandits Decline bandit customers using signs.

General logic
If you accept an order from any faction or any profession but will not complete it you will lose 1 reputation of the corresponding factions

If you decline an order from a bandit hunter, merchant, bookworm, soldier, knight, or aristocrat you will lose 1 reputation with bandits (even if UI shows -2 when you decline). Declining bandit peasants will not reduce the reputation of bandits

If you pay taxes you will get 5 reputations but only up to 70. Depending on who will come for the tax you will get a reputation for England or France or The Holly Church

Occasionally you will get quests from merchants which will allow you to increase your reputation with selected factions. More on that at the end
Customers and their reputation changes
Different professions have different reputation changes. For the static reputation changes, I'll use "S" (despite the circumstances reputation will change) and for dynamic reputation changes I'll use "D" (depending on the circumstances you MAY lose reputation)

Depending on circumstances some customers from other factions may turn around and leave

UI has a lot of bugs, you may see above customers "-10" "+2" "-1" or "-1" above 2 customers, all that doesn't represent an actual situation, so you may ignore those values (maybe it will be fixed). Sometimes they work correctly but in most cases, they are wrong and misleading.

England:
Peasant: no changes to reputation, no one will leave
Merchant: +1 "S" England -1 "D" France (IF France merchant, hunter near your station), all France merchants and hunters on the screen will leave
Hunter: +1 "S" England -1 "D" France (IF France merchant, hunter near your station), all France merchants and hunters on the screen will leave
Soldier: +1 "S" England -1 "S" France, no one will leave
BookWorm: +1 "S" England, no one will leave
Knight: +2 "S" England -2 "S" France, no one will leave
Aristocrat: +2 "S" England -2 "S" France, no one will leave

France (similar to England):
Peasant: no changes to reputation, no one will leave
Merchant: +1 "S" France -1 "D" England (IF England merchant, hunter near your station), all England merchants and hunters on the screen will leave
Hunter: +1 "S" France -1 "D" England (IF England merchant, hunter near your station), all England merchants and hunters on the screen will leave
Soldier: +1 "S" France -1 "S" England, no one will leave
BookWorm: +1 "S" France, no one will leave
Knight: +2 "S" France -2 "S" England, no one will leave
Aristocrat: +2 "S" France -2 "S" England, no one will leave

Bandits
Peasant: no changes to reputation, England and France merchants, hunters and bookworms on the screen will leave
Merchant: +1 "S" Bandits -1 "S" England -1 "S" France, England and France merchants, hunters and bookworms on the screen will leave
Hunter: +1 "S" Bandits -1 "S" England -1 "S" France, England and France merchants, hunters and bookworms on the screen will leave
Soldier: +1 "S" Bandits -1 "S" England -1 "S" France, no one will leave
BookWorm: +1 "S" Bandits, England and France merchants, hunters and bookworms on the screen will leave
Knight: +2 "S" Bandits -2 "S" England -1 "S" France, no one will leave
Aristocrat: +2 "S" Bandits -2 "S" England -1 "S" France, no one will leave

Rest
Witch: +2 "S" Witches -10 "D" The Holy Church (IF monk near your station), all monks on the screen will leave
Monk: +2 "S" The Holy Church -10 "D" Witches (IF witch near your station), all witches on the screen will leave
Mercenary: no changes to reputation, no one will leave
Vlad the Barber: no changes to reputation, no one will leave
Finley: no changes to reputation, no one will leave

Note: When completing an order for example for the witch you will lose only 10 reputations even if you have 2 or more monks near your station (same for other "D" reputation loss)

Note: You will lose "D" reputation only if the corresponding customer is NEAR your station if a customer is only going towards it (didn't stop yet) then you will NOT lose reputation (even though number above customer will show you that you loose reputation).
Reputation quests from merchant
Every 3-5 days merchant comes and offers you to create some tools. Merchant will offer you to create tools for 3 random factions. You can choose which faction will receive tools and you can choose whether you want to get money (12-224 gold) or reputation (1-14) for the selected faction. It is not very profitable in terms of gold as gold to ingot ration is 3 gold per 1 ingot (you can use that ratio to count how much ingot you will need to finish the order)
Advice: Don't accept that quest if you don't need to boost reputation with any faction, generally, it is more profitable to take ordinary orders as it has higher gold to ingot ration and also can provide you reputation as well
