Paradiso Guardian - Full Map

Helping everyone reach that 100% map completion rate, as well as a few secret areas that don't count.

Intro

I've 100%'d all achievements and decided to share all those hidden rooms I've found along the way. Hopefully this will help, as I continue to update the map, adding relics/etc, that I don't quite remember where I found them throughout my play through.

The following items require that you defeat the Shadow Lord to obtain;

• Shadow Lord's Armor
  
• Shadow Lord's Bond
  
• The Right Eye

The following items require that you defeat the four romancable characters without being hit on Standard;

• Tears of the Leviathans
  
• Wing Gourd
  
• Shadow Jacket
  
• Archangel Punch

The following items require that you defeat the four romancable characters without being hit on Expert;

• Surge Axe
  
• Fierce Club
  
• Shadow Blade
  
• Archangel Heel

Thunder Ring is obtained at the Warehouse after defeating Raikoh.

The Masamune is hidden inside the lower of the two bells.

I got the secret ending with shadow angel orgy. how do I get the true ending? do I need to unequip both eyes to get it? or what do I do

To the person saying the 99,6% bug, it is not a bug I had the same percentage with all the breakable rooms and the thingI was missing was the room with the Neo weapons in the green area of the map!!

I can't seem to fill the Final Boss room out. I've unlocked the secret ending, but even during the final fight, the room isn't being covered. Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong?
