No Sleeping On The Job
Interrupt the gardener's beauty rest.
This can only be done in Operation Undertaker, you need to try to take up the keys 10 time from the gardener without using the rug. He will wake up and you will get arrested (and unlock the achievement).

For a bit of Nobodies nostalgia, call Lonely No More Hotline for a good time.
You need to use the payphone in Operation Dead Drop and dial 538-8655. This number is from the first game in Operation 5: Bolt Bucket, written on the payphone. A man will answer and try to fix your life issues (LOL).

Forget the elevator passcode so many times that you fail the mission.

You need to put exactly 4 bodies into dumpters:

1. Operation Roadkill: Take the bodyin the truck and put it in the dumpster near the restaurant.
2. Operation Stowaway: Take the body on the bench and put it the dumpter outside the airport.
3. Operation Wonderland: Take the body next to the dumpter put it in it.
4. Operation Countdown: After you extract the body from the bedroom from the construction site, move to the alleyway and put it in the dumpter.

Serial Killer
Kill every character that can be killed.
You need to kill 10 caracters to unlock this achievement:

1. Operation Undertaker: The gardener with the broken fence.
2. Operation Canary: The boss with the bird spikes.
3. Operation Canary: The miner located in Area 01 with the bird spikes.
4. Operation Caldera: The park ranger with the machete.
5. Operation Midnight: The chef with the shovel.
6. Operation Dead Drop: The guard with the wrench.
7. Operation Wonderland: The employee at the bottle toss game with the metal ball.
8. Operation Dead: The employee in the lobby with the helium tank.
9. Operation Dead: The doctor with a spoon.
10. Operation Dead: The man on the deck with the oar from the concierge office (disctact him to get it).
