RedFlamer's Fix Mods

Since RedFlamer deleted his entire page on Github, I'll be uploading them here for everyone's use. All of them should be the latest patch they received.

You know the drill

1. Extract using WinRAR, 7z or any other program;
2. Put the file into Steam\steamapps\common\PAYDAY 2\mods;
3. Launch the game and go to Options then Mod Options, there you should see it working and with a thousand options to tick. Fixmod should work fine, it doesn't have a config menu on the mod tab like Map Optimizations and Map Scripting.

What it does?

Map Based Optimizations is a mod that unloads various details of the game when you are not close enough to them. Because of how this game keeps track of contours (they are textures and not a code from the game), when you unload a place that has a convert, bot or player, you'll not see their contour.

Although you can't see their contour (which is rare) you'll get much better FPS and a more stable experience in general.

Map Scripting Improvements optimizes various actions that happen on heists.

Fixmod fixes various and various bugs not fixed by The Fixes and by updates.

Old Spawnpoint Delays has also being added to the package as of 1/12. This mod will make spawn point delay go back to how it was before 2017 update AKA pre-Jules. Thank you very much crazyboris for giving the mod.

I don't know if you mean the damage dealt to Buldozers, but if that is the case, you can use Fixmod, it fixes it. You can also open the sawweaponbase.lua file and see there, it even has a comment on this.
