Hey hey, I have gone and compiled all of the finished skilltrees of the victims for you, along with the possible random perks per victim. If I missed something, please let me know, so I can keep it accurate!

I have taken nearly 2 hours respecializing the trees for the victims, so I am fairly certain I have every random perk possible seen at least once, I will just simply list them below with each Victim specifically

the rnd perks on all chars Victim/family very bad. (die pers god) only the rnd is sh** if you need 3 rnd perks have fun to get each of them
