Adds 5 military skins (Army Ranger, Navy SEAL, Green Berets, CIA SAD, MARSOC, 15 weapons and 5 levels (Operation Neptune's Spear aka Kill Bin Laden, MOUT training area, Pilot rescue mission, Floating Fortress, Tunnel rats).

** The skins are glichy but there's little I can do about it. This is the drawback of editing sprites instead of 3D models.**
** For the Navy SEAL skin there is a sprite with the NVG raised (swat_assaulter_rifle_socom1, swat_assaulter_pistol_socom1), you can change the sprite by deleting the 1 from the name. Make backup of the files you overwrite.**
** You can replace the night vision filter with a simple night filter in the editor. **
