Report a translation problem
If you want to test if it's still a problem just start a mission and disable V-Sync and Max Framerate to see what is the higests frame your PC can manage. Then ALT+TAB => right click on the windows logo and click task manager => right click on the game and choose details => then in this section, right click again and choose Set Affinity => Uncheck CPU 0 and go back to your game. . . if you have more FPS now, that means that the Bug is still not fixed for you CPU . . .
