Here's a video guide feature all Fervent Kiss item locations and what to do with them in Blasphemous 2. There is an NPC you can bring these items to increase your fervour meter.

Once you've collected and given all of the Fervent Kiss items to the hand in the Streets of Wakes location you will unlock the Broken Key for purchase from the Forlorn Patio. This key opens the locked door in the room with the hand.
