What build to use to get the 500 HP achievement

The build

For starters, here is the build.

Explanation

Character

We use Kiara because she has a base Max HP of 90, the highest currently. This way you get the most out of the Max HP upgrade, that we'll have to pick when leveling up.

Mode

Play in endless mode to have enough time to upgrade the Max HP without the hitting the stage end.

Weapons

The SuperCollab weapon Jingisukan is great because it increases Max HP by 100, while also being good attack and great at healing.

We block all except 2 weapon slots from the shop, in order to have more attempts at the Max HP upgrade.

The free slot after you complete the Collab can be anything you like.

Items

• Uber sheep for the Jingisukan collab. It will release its item slot once you complete the collab.
  
• Researcher's Coat and Study Glasses both increase EXP gain. We want to level up as often as possible.
  
• Halu Also increases EXP, by giving you more enemies.
  
• Limiter makes it easy to pick up the EXP. You could also just rely on the Pick Up Range upgrades and switch it for something else.
  
• Just Bandage and Piki Piki Piman for the Max HP increases.

Shop

• You'll of course want Max HP Up and EXP Gain Up to the max for this.
  
• Also, remember to set your Weapon Limit to all but 2.
  
• And, Marketing set to max, for the same reason as Halu.

Results

There's actually quite a bit of headroom with this build. I was able to get the achievement at the 25 minute mark.

By the end of the run I reached all the way to 713 Max HP.

This build helped me realize how insane EN's curse really is, I saw it reached 31k damage! for sure I'll take it every build

Thanks for the guide, I was able to get it in just 11 minutes and I think its possible even under 8 if you're lucky with rolls.

Having gachikoi rank also adds some MaxHP, and since it counts as base, this positively affects the MaxHP+ upgrades. I also recommend getting the food bonus that adds another +40 MaxHP.
