CONFIG: Whistlindiesel Buggy Wheels Challenger

Description
This is a config for the Dodge Challenger Hellcat which i built because i remembered WhistlinDiesel (A Youtuber) had done this to his Dodge Challenger and so i wanted to put it in the game so enjoy the config (Paint it red and the wheels black to be as accurate as possible to how its supposed to look)
DLC's required: Dodge Plymouth Chrysler
Features
-New buggy wheels on spacers setup
-Kept everything stock but the wheels and suspension width
Issues
-Wheels are unbuyable from the store due to them being so skinny and tall

oh yeah right i forgot to add the required DLC thanks for letting me know about my mistake

you should mark this as requiring the dlc, there should be a button or menu for it somewhere in the settings for the workshop item
