1. Subscribe to the item
2. Download GCFScape
3. Download Winrar
3. Go to \Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop
4. Look for my file #3021868278
5. Open it using GCFScape
6. Extract it and open it
7. Copy the l4d2.intro in your \Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\media
8. Play the Game

Please note ! That when asked you need to sub to the main menu music, You do not have to and this will play fine with other tracks or stand alone !
