How to completely disable ANY Music from the game (Loading Screens etc.)

This guide will teach you how to remove any music from the game (Including the transitioning beats!) Step-By-Step so even the Newbies will be able to complete this task.

Step 1

Right click Forza Horizon 4 in your library, click on "Manage" and select "Browse local files"

Step 2

Go into the following folders in order:

media > audio > fmodopus > x64

You should see this

Step 3

Find the files

GLB_Radio.bank
GLB_Radio_3D.bank
GLB_RadioPressStart.bank

and rename *or* delete them.

(I have already renamed them in this picture)

Congratulations!

You now won't need to listen to the same Transition-Beat ever again! (Or the Radio)

*IMPORTANT!*

When verifying game files, reinstalling or updating the game it will reacquire these files or name them back which means you need to do this after every update.

Glad it was helpful! I also don't really get why they wouldn't have a complete music disable feature. Especially since they are adding assists and whatnot for literally everything.

This was exactly what i needed without even looking for it.
Worked like a charm, very easy steps and quick to execute.
The music always annoyed me and not having an option to turn it off seemed like a feature that should have been an option by default.
As well as only being able to turn the radio volume to "1" was also annoying despite being able to turn the radio off i would sometimes find it on and had to turn it off in game. Thanks again, much appreciated.
