Counter-Strike and its settings

In this guide, I will briefly describe the main commands and their meanings, a brief overview of useful binds and game settings, ways to train in Counter-Strike 1.6 (Suitable for playing on FastCup, MIX and Public).

You can add all these commands through the console, write to your config or register in the launch options of the game with a "+" sign at the beginning

MOUSE

• m_rawinput 1 - (enable reading mouse movements directly through DirectX Input and not through the game, thereby making movements more predictable, smooth and clear)

• m_customaccel_exponent 0 - (disable acceleration inside the game)

OPTIMIZATION SETUP

• ati_npatch 0 - (0 for NVIDIA cards; 1 for ATI / AMD cards)
  
• gl_ansio 0 - (disable anisotropic filtering inside the game, there is a myth that shooting is different with values ​​0 and 16)
  
• hpk_maxsize 0.001 - (for the fastest download, it also speeds up the transfer of client-server packets)
  
• max_shells 0 - (disabling unnecessary shells on the map, increases FPS and its stability)
  
• max_smokepuffs 0 - (disable unnecessary smoke particles, not to be confused with smoke grenades, increases FPS and its stability)
  
• r_decals 0 - (disabling unnecessary decals on the map, like holes from shots on walls, increases FPS and its stability)
  
• r_mmx 1 - (connecting a processor to render the game, guaranteed to work on Intel processors, increasing FPS and its stability)

Useful binds

The "x" button is replaced by ANY convenient for you.

BINDINGS FOR CHANGE WEAPON AND SIGHT

• bind "1" "slot1; cl_crosshair_size large"
  Pressing the 1 key selects the main weapon and changes the scope size to large
  
• bind "2" "slot2; cl_crosshair_size small"
  Pressing the 2 key selects the secondary weapon and changes the crosshair size to small

BANDS FOR CHANGE HAND

• bind "x" "cl_righthand 1"

When you press the x key, the weapon will be in the right hand

When you press the x key, the weapon will be in the left hand


PURCHASE BINDINGS

Pressing "x" will buy a flash

Workout

• Valhalla Aim Training Base was created for individual skill training. The base was created for anyone, so it is absolutely free. Taking inspiration from CS GO training maps and adding our own ideas, we have implemented something similar for fans of Counter-Strike 1.6. Previous versions of VATB were not only noticed, but also surprisingly loved by the 1.6 community.
  
• The base must be installed on a clean CS 1.6 client. This means that you should not have any protectors, CSDM bots and any "author's" builds. It is best to use the Steam version.
  
• The base does not work with GameGuard enabled! (anti-cheat FastCup)
  
• The base is not installed on GS Client.

• CSDM FFA is the best solution for training your skill. Thanks to these CS bots you will be able to practice playing Counter-Strike in the toughest conditions. Also in CSDM Bots there are many settings that will allow you to choose almost any type of game.

• Pistols only (game only with pistols);
  
• Jason mode (or Knife only - bots can only play with knives);
  
• HeadShot mode (you can only kill the enemy in the head);
  
• HP regeneration (when you kill an enemy, you will get +15HP / HeadShot +25HP);
  
• Normal (normal game mode with weapon selection by bots);
