co-op without Hamachi and Tunngle ENG/RU

In this guide I will share a method to make co-op work my friend and I found, and explain for those who want to play cooperative mode for Cry of Fear but don't know how to do so, and even if they do, can't just because they might be banned in Hamachi/Tunngle or don't know how to use it and don't want to (My friend and I found out about another method just because he couldn't access Hamachi).

Applications needed and how to set them up

We used Radmin VPN [www.radmin-vpn.com] but you can use any other virtual local network creating softwares. After installing and opening it create a network or join it if your partner is creating it.

When creating:

1. Click on the "Turn on" button
   
2. Click on "Network"
   
3. Click on "Create Network" add a name and a password.

When joining:

1. Click on the "Turn on" button
   
2. Click on "Network"
   
3. Click on "Join Network" add a name and a password.

Lobby creation and In-game set up

When hosting the lobby just go to the "Game" tab and tick "LAN server" and create it after finishing the configuration on your choice (map, name, players and etc).

When joining we will need to use the console (using the ` / ~ key)

• join <host's IP address>

The IP is shown in Radmin VPN under your computer's name

If that doesn't work and it keeps giving you an error try to play around sv_lan 0 / 1 / 2. This will enable/disable your LAN. (My friend and I both (the host and the person joining) did that randomly and it worked. Maybe someone has a clear answer on what to do with the LAN settings, if you do please add it in the comments!).

And there you go, you joined and can play the game.
P.S. If you want to change your nickname go to the console and write "nickname <your nickname>"

При присоединении нам понадобится использовать консоль (с помощью клавиши ` / ~)

• join <IP-адрес хоста>

IP-адрес указан в Radmin VPN под именем вашего компьютера

Если это не работает и продолжает выдавать ошибку, попробуйте поиграть со значениями sv_lan 0 / 1 / 2. Это включит/отключит ваш LAN. (Мой друг и я оба (хост и человек, присоединяющийся) сделали это случайно, и это сработало. Может быть, у кого-то есть четкий ответ на то, что делать с настройками LAN, если вы знаете, пожалуйста, поделитесь ими в комментариях!).
