Omschrijving
Jigglypuff, the Balloon Pokemon! This high quality rendition of Jigglypuff plays much like the Smash Bros version, but features some brand new unique moves to make things more interesting!

Moveset

Neutral Special: Rollout
Jigglypuff charges up Rollout and uses it when releasing the button, just like in Smash. Unlike in Smash however, the charge can be stored with Parry and used later!

Side Special: Pound
Pound functions just like in Smash; a powerful lasting hit that can help Jigglypuff recover. Can also be aimed up/down.

Up Special: Sing
Jigglypuff sings, causing opponents to fall asleep! Unlike the Smash version, Sing does a little bit of damage, can be cancelled early (on hit), and even deflects projectiles. Puff is still very vulnerable on whiff though!

Down Special: Rest
Functions just like Rest always has in Smash, but it will also heal Puff somewhat. Can be cancelled early on hit, allowing off-stage rests and making it safer on hit!

Jigglypuff comes with her own stage; Pewter City!

- Jigglypuff features compatibility which allows workshop characters to have proper sleep animations!

hey! not sure why, but sometimes this mod jigglypuff spawns at 4 stocks then randomly drops to 1. any knowledge why?

She does have a rune that gives you random crits (so does Mudkip, since its referencing critical hits in Pokemon), but unless you have that rune on then no she definitely shouldn't!

What might be confusing you is that both those characters have the super effective hit sound if the attack kills (or is close to). This doesn't make the attack any stronger though, and is purely aesthetic!

Heya, I have a question. My friends and I are discussing if this character has random crits or if it's just strong hits appearing as random crits. Does this character have crits? Nothing anywhere mentions that they do, so we wouldn't really know.

DSpecial doesnt cancel, it just faster haha. So no bug there, it's not really supposed to cancel.
It heals the same % on whiff as it does on hit as well, so it speeding up on hit is just to make rest not unsafe to land.

Honestly, Jigglypuff wasn't too particularly strong normally. This makes them feel pretty good. I really like how some moves can be cancelled, though I kinda wish F special was given this trait instead of D special. Speaking of, D special doesn't seem to cancel correctly and instead just makes Jigglypuff wake up faster, which I think is fine. I mean, the since the move now heals, it would be counterproductive to cancel.
The only thing I can see being a little too powerful is their crouch. The hurtbox is nearly nonexistent, and looks like it could dodge literally anything. Not to mention how you can crawl across the ground. I think the crouch hurtbox should be about half the size of the idle hurtbox, which would make a bit more sense and be more fair for the opponent.
