So first you want to boot up a new "Fake News" scenario, then choose: start in the USA; - Cultural Fake News; - Started by men; - For the LOL's; - Blaming journalists. Follow these and you will get a pretty rare achievement that isn't getting anymore common unlike other plague inc achievements. This is what it should look like when it has been unlocked.
