GPU Max usage fix

I cap my game at 60fps in BG3 Vulkan, but my GPU is still maxing out. It's temps are in the high 80's when they shouldn't be because the GPU shouldn't be doing that much work, as I can run the game at 100fps+ with the same temps. I found a fix for NVIDIA cards:

Go to NVIDIA Control Panel > Manage 3D settings > Program settings > Add program (find BG3.exe) > Max frame rate, set that to 60 (or whatever you want to cap it at)

Temps are now consistent low 60's

@Juuken learn to read. In the post above it's already stated: the writer of this post tried to cap the game within the in-game menu at 60 FPS but that didn't worked. No one force you to try this anyway, but it's a great 2nd option for solution if someone has the same problem
