what should do to make it work and not get an annoying error(((

you need to download this practically modified file to fix it (original author SpectralPlatypus) Server[drive.google.com] or Bin[drive.google.com] (I changed it a little to make some console commands work)))
to make it work, upload the file to this path (\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Postal III\p3\bin)

you can use p3 angel to have Multiplayer

Yea when I wanted to updated it, it didn't work, the game crashed on startup, but it still works in the disk and pirate versions of the old version of the game
