Landlord of the Woods : complete guide

A simple guide with images for the game Landlord of the Woods, doesn't contain spoilers for the ending.

Intro

1. Start by dragging the blue dot from one end to the other.
   
   
   
   
2. From there click on the yellow arrow.
   
   
   
   
3. It will transform into a bug, which you will need to reconnect the legs for by matching the shapes on the legs to the body.
   
   
   
   
4. Next is eating lunch, you'll need to click the mushrooms, leaves, pebbles than the heart to finish the meal.
   
   
   
   
5. Next you'll need to put the colored blocks in the correct order as shown in the image.
   
   
   
   
6. Than a computer shows up, what you press doesn't matter as anything will work.

Home

1. Start by pressing on the paintings, when done correctly the painting on the left should give you "The Kings Pen".
   
   
   
   
2. Next, click on the table and pick up the fish head and lukewarm coffee, on the left there is a dark brown arrow which leads you to this screen. Feed the mouth the fish head and coffee.
   
   
   
   
3. When finished eating the food the chewed food needs to be moved down the stomach so you can receive bone of fish
   
   
4. Next, go to the room on the left and click on the book shelf, behind the cubes and books on the second shelf there are glasses and a key to the outside door.
   
   
   
   
5. Go back to the table and use the glasses on the book, put the fish bone in the book and use the Kings pen as well.
   
   
   
   
6. Now, go back to the room on the left and you will be able to leave the house.

The City

1. There will be 3 people infront of you, click on them from right to left than move onto the left side. You will see two people smoking, click the circles in the same order as the dots on the pipe. When done correctly you will recieve a bug.
   
   
   
   From here go to the right side of the screen and enter the shop infront.
   
   
2. In the shop there is a table. Click on the bugs and put the bug you collected in the correct area, then check it off on the list as it pops up.
   
   
   
   
3. Next on the table click on the scissors. To organize them you need to click and drag the non sharp end of the scissors and align the tips with the blue dots under.

4. Next up is fixing the clock. Drag the red hook slightly to the left and than down, it should look like this:

5. An arrow will pop up on the right side of the screen, clicking it will take you to the mail box where you will receive an envelope saying you got accepted to be the Landlord of the Woods! Yippee!

Going to the woods

1. After recieving the letter you go to the woods, on the left there is a puzzle where you need to put the correct color shapes in their respective areas.
   
   
   
   
2. In the next puzzle you will need to align the teeth
   
   
   
   
3. Click on the guide and from there they will teach you the basics of using the notebook

First creature

1. Start by pressing on the bird at the bottom. On the branch the bird is sitting on you can find the first needed item, the button. Remove the leaves and mushrooms from its back, then click on the snake so it drops. Exit with the button on the right
   
   
   
   
2. Next to the bird on the ground is a snake, click the snake. Bottom right of screen click on the sparkling mushroom. From there click on the snakes skin as you slowly peel it off to reveal the rodent inside. Pick up the rodent.
   
   
   
   Exit by pressing the arrow on the top right side.
   
   
3. From here press on the table on the top right side of the woods. You will need to click and drag on the vegetables and pull them into the bowl. When all the vegetables are in click on the bowl to pick it up.
   
   
   
   Exit area by pressing the arrow on the top between the squares.
   
   
4. From here click on the creature/ghost. Then click on the table, where you will pick up the fork, pick up the shiny feather, place the rodent on the plate and place the bowl on the left side of the table. This is what your inventory should look like by now.
   
   
   
   If everything is as it's supposed to look like you can click the arrow back and press the new brown arrow on the right side of the screen.
   
   
5. If everything worked out as needed you should be able to fill out this page with the items left in your inventory.
   
   
   
   Time to move onto the next creature on the list!

Second creature

1. Going to the next area there will be a short sequence of little things you have to do. First take the chopped up pieces and put it into the bowl on your right. Next click on the little pocket and take out all the mushrooms and put it into the pot. Than you will see a tent, click on it and your next creature will be there.
   
   
2. Start by clicking on the yellow tent, in there is a table on your left and a table on the right. First click on the table on the left.
   Infront of you will be a box, a bone, sardines, a rabbit and teeth.
   First click on the shiny tooth, than repeatedly click on the rabbits fur so it peels off and you can collect the heart.
   
   
   
   After that press on the box. From here click on the bone to collect it and click on the sardines to open it. Collect the finger and the red fish.
   From here the puzzle is a little confusing, but the colors need to match up, example: green needs to be touching green and red needs to be touching red.
   
   
   
   After opening the box collect the skull and leave the table.
   
   
3. Before leaving the tent click on the right table, collect the scissors then look at the iamge, it shows what order the items should be in.
   1. Heart 2. Empty 3. Finger 4. Skull 5. Empty 6. Bone
   
   
   
   
4. Leave the tent and click on the trees on the right. There is a hanging crystal on the left side, click it. Now based on the image hang the items in that order.
   
   
   
   If everything is correct your inventory should look like this.
   
   
   
   If it does, click on the brown arrow on the right and put the items in their respective areas.
   
   
   
   Moving onto the next creature.

Third creature

1. First, click on the body infront of you. Under it is a knob, it will be useful later on. Leave the body area and click on the images on the left.
   
   
2. Select the image with cubes on it. Pick up the shapes and put them through the rectangle, they will turn into squares. After all are squares a vase will show up on your left, put all cubes inside the vase and pick up the vase.
   
   
   Exit the area after collecting.
   
   
3. Next click on the photo with a bug on it. On the left pick up the green-ish block. On the right side on the bottom right corner there is a moth, click on it. Than pull open the wings on the bug, inside take out the lungs and the intestines. After that leave by pressing the arrow at the top.
   
   
   
   
4. Click the image on the right. First click on the blue dot under her eye and pull it to the other side, then click on the building inside her eye.
   Inside the building press on the painting and solve the puzzle.
   
   
   
   After solving it on top of the stair case is a door, click on it.
   
   
5. Inside the room pick up the key that's in hand and the sparkling vase on the right. From there start emptying the head infront of you by pressing on the skull and than the spoon. After the skull is half empty pick up the pot on the left.
   Click on the stove, then turn on all the knobs by clicking on them, after that click on the empty knob.
   Put the knob you collected a while back into the empty area, as you will use it to move the colorful hexagons to the other side.
   
   
   
   All of them should be in this area.
   
   
   
   After moving all of them a plate will show up with screws and you will need to click on the screws to screw them into place and exit the area.
   
   
6. Finally turn on the last knob and put the pot with brains in it on it so it melts. Pick up the pot and leave the area all the way back to the body.
   
   
7. Place the pot in the head, place the lungs in the chest, place the green shape on the left and the vase on the right. After all that this is what the body and your inventory should look like.
   
   
   
   
8. Now press on the brown arrow and put all the items in the correct areas in the notebook.
   
   
   
   On to the next one!

Fourth creature

1. Before entering any area, click on the creatures necklace to collect it and the bone on the left side that on the ladder. After that click on the box. You will need to make all the little colors go through a specific shape that matches with the shape on the left. You will need to finish a few "levels" and on the last one there will be a key. No need to finish the level with the key, just get the key outside of the grey box and collect it.
   
   
   
   Now exit this area
   
   
2. Go up the stairs, there will be a bug flying around, click it to collect it, inside the middle jar there is a piece of candy, collect that too. Use the key on the door in the left jar, enter the door.
   
   
   
   
3. Inside you will need to decorate the house and put everything inside the room.
   
   
   
   This is how i organised it! When you're done press on the "I'm done" button and go back to the area with the creature, if everythings done correctly your inventory should look like this.
   
   
   
   If your inventory looks like this you can move onto the next creature.
   
   

Fifth creature

1. Last creature needed to collect from. Start by clicking on the bird cage and picking up the magnifying glass that's hanging around on the left side of the cage.
   
   
   
   
2. Next click on the cup next to the creature to enter the next area. First click on the cup to collect the tea bag, then you can click on the little table next to the cup inside the bowl.
   
   
3. On the table click on the needle on the left, there is a ring under the birds left foot and a paintbrush on the right side of the table. Now exit the area.
   
   
   
   
4. Click on the bookcase on the right side. Click on all the papers to reveal the pattern under. Green, red, yellow, blue.
   
   
   
   
5. Click on the arrow on the right and go to the next area, the bookshelf. Remembering the pattern from before put the colors in the correct sequence. Be careful putting everything in! If all of it doesn't go in it doesn't count.
   When done put the needle inside of the cup to clean it, after that pick it up and go back to the bird.
   
   
   
   
6. Now you need to sew the bird shut with the clean needle, after that pick up the bird and put it in the cage.
   
   
   
   
   
   
7. After everything your inventory should look like this.
   
   
   
   If everything's correct we can move onto the ending!
   
   
   

Ending

1. From here click and drag the blue ball the white path.
   
   
   
   
2. Keep going forward until a text bubble shows up saying "WAIT!", then drag the blue ball backwards and click on the creatures having a dinner party.
   
   
   
   
3. Click on the note and memorize the order of items: Apple, tooth, mushroom, moon, diamond.
   
   
   
   
4. Do everything as needed and pick up the note that appears above the bowl. Pick it up and connect it with the other note to reveal the last ingredient.
