Resentment Boss
By Raynia
First time i got to the floating lung thing he kicked my ass, my Doubt set of characters sucked.
ill just put in what i used here and how i did it real quick if anyone needs any quick tips.

I started out with a Sharpshooter Highwayman, The Occultist, The Grave Robber, and a Man-at-arms. the grave robber died when i was fighting the Harvest child, rip.
but what actually helped was the Leper joined my party. So i recommend having a leper in your second slot. based on how high his Survivability is.

The most important thing for the resentment boss is to stop it from breathing. Every turn it well put an orange mark on one or BOTH of its lungs, and you have to do like 10 damage to the lung. or else the boss will do a big attack that really hurts.

the battle looks like this,

(LUNG)(BOSS)(BOSS)(LUNG)

So you are gonna need something to keep hitting the boss as well as the lungs for extra damage and since the boss takes both of the middle slots its pretty easy to hit if you have a character that can attack the first two and the last two spots.

I achieved this by having the sharpshooter in the 4th slot an the occultist in the 3rd slot. Sharpshooter had on Grapeshot Blast to shoot the first two enemy places and his regular pistol shot to hit the lung in the back if needed. Occultist had his Abyssal Artillery to hit the back two enemy places, with his dagger stab to hit the first lung if needed.

Man-at-arms kept buffing himself with whatever he could as to tank the bosses little hits between rounds and the Leper was doing the same, the Leper keeping the blind debuff off of himself as well.

In the event of Resentment using DEEP BREATH, making both of his lungs puff up. I used the Pistol shot and the Artillery on the last Lung. The Leper's insane chop damage would usually do over the requirement to stop the first lung from breathing.

With the two tanks in the front taking little damage. I actually didnt need to heal with the Occultist at all. I just used some combat salve.

The boss might set your tanks on fire so bring some salve or something.

All 3 units die after reaching the stage 2 of the boss. (Highwaymen, Flagallant, and Jester).

Final Stand:
Man at Arms was about to die from burn and the boss had 8 hp left.

However my Man at Arms had a damage debuff and the moment I used crush, he crit the boss and 8 damage exactly, but the boss did not die.

and I thought all hope was lost when the boss was using a damage move and out of a miracle.

He tanked it, he took it like a man and the trinket activated which allowed him to take another action.

he swing his mace to crush the boss and finally Man at Arms finally killed the boss while on his knees from exhaustion.

I couldn't believe it, 3 of my units died from my carelessness, but he was the only one who kept standing after stress and stress.

Thank you Barristan (Arm at Mans).
