Personally, to the list, I would add Graphic Herbalism, UI Expansion, Essential Indicators, and Inventory Mouse Wheel to QoL. They don't fundamentally change anything about the game, but make some basic actions & aspects not nearly as clunky or tedious. The last one in particular doesn't get enough love for how great it is, and all four are fairly objective improvements.
I can't fit a detailed explanation into the character limit (I tried), but essentially, the QoL section lists a lot mods that are not QoL in the slightest, and various important or alternative mods are completely absent. You also included a section dedicated to mods that conflict with your own load order, which would/should only be included if this IS your own load order- otherwise, there is no reason to include it at all. Nothing wrong with that, but it should be made clear instead of claiming that Tamriel Rebuilt and AI-generated voice lines will make the game "less painful to play" as though they were completely objective improvements.
Simple fix would be to separate QoL into QoL and your personal preferences for other mods.
