Introduction
There are 6 different types of mods/customizations. In this guide I will explain how to create each and everyone of them. First thing for all of them, is to open the game, and go into the customization menu by pressing escape and then the palette icon:

Once there, you can move trough the sections "Biceps", "Dumbbell", "Backgrounds" and "Sounds".
Biceps
In oreder to create a biceps skin, go into the "Biceps" section. there on the top right there is a plus sign:

Press it and this menu will appear:

Press on create, that will open the next menu:

Here you need to select both a biceps image and a forearm image. In order to have a biceps that grows with the growth level, the images need to have 11 stages (if there are less or only one, the biceps will grow X amount of times). In order for the game to detect all of the subimages you will need to have images like this:

biceps_11.png:

forearm_11.png

The correct naming should be "biceps_X" and "foreare_X", where X is the number of stages the arms have, and the proper sizes of each part are: biceps = [460px, 206px] and forearm = [484px, 169px].

If evertything is setup the correct way, the preview should look like this:

You can change the number of subimages of each sprite if they look wrong, and you can change the growth preview in the lower left of the menu.

Once you are happy with it, press on save, you will be asked to introduce a name, that will be the name shown in the Steam Workshop, press enter and the upload will start. Once the upload is finish, you can restart the game and the skin will appear as an option to equip.
Dumbbells
In oreder to create a dumbbell skin, go into the "Dumbbell" section. there on the top right there is a plus sign:

Press it and this menu will appear:

Press on create, that will open the next menu:

Here you need to select the image you would like to use as the dumbbell. It can be in ".png", ".jpeg", ".jpg", or ".gif"

There is no specific name required

If evertything is setup the correct way, the preview should look like this:

Once you are happy with it, press on save, you will be asked to introduce a name, that will be the name shown in the Steam Workshop, press enter and the upload will start. Once the upload is finish, you can restart the game and the skin will appear as an option to equip.
Background Colors
In oreder to create a new color, go into the "Background" section. In the colors section there is a plus sign (if you do not see it, try scrolling down on the colors sections as it might be in a lower row):

Press it and this menu will appear:

Press on create, that will open the next menu:

Here you can change the color by introducing a different RGB or HEX value. Here[g.co] you have a very simple and easy to use color "editor", create your color, and then copy the RGB or HEX value into the corresponding field in-game. Note, when copiing the HEX value, do not copy the # sign.

Once happy with the color you have, you can save it local, or save it and share it. If you choose to save and share, you will be asked to introduce a name, that will be the name shown in the Steam Workshop, press enter and the upload will start.
Background Images
In oreder to create a new background image, go into the "Background" section. In the background section there is a plus sign (if you do not see it, try scrolling down on the colors sections as it might be in a lower row):

Press it and this menu will appear:

Press on create, that will open the next menu:

Important note
You can import any ".png", ".jpeg", ".jpg", ot ".gif" file, BUT in order to have an animated background you need to create a special formated image, unfortunately, when importing images in ".gif" format the animation is not carried on and only the first frame will be seen. So to have an animated background you need an image like this one:

In order to make one you can use the following steps, if not, you can skip this section:

Step 1:
Go into https://picasion.com/split-animated-gif/ and upload your ".gif" image.

Hit the "Split a GIF" button and wait until you see a preview of each frame on screen.

Once you see a preview of the frames like here:

Click over the "Save aññ frames" text:

This will download a ".zip" file with all the frames from your animation.

Step 2:
Once you have all the frames from the gif animation, unzip the folder and go into https://merge.imageonline.co/

Click on the "+ ADD IMAGE" section, unfortunately, you can only select 10 images at a time.
So the idea is to merge all freames in groups of 10, and then, merge those groups of 10.

Once you have your 10 images loaded, click on the "MERGE IMAGES" button, make sure the dropdown on the left has the "HORIZONTALLY" option selected!

You should see this window pop up:

Click on "Download" and repeat until you have all frames in diferent image groups, once you have them it should look like this:

In my case, the gif I chose has 46 frames, which make for 4 groups of 10 and one group of 6 images (the number 45 in the name is due to the frame names starting at 0).

Now we will repeat the proces and merge this groups into one single image. Make sure to import them in order, as they will be inversed, that is, the first image you need to add into the merger will be the first created, and the last image created will be the las image that needs to go into the merger.

Once you have your image with all frames you can remae it to "background_X" where X is the number of frames. If you do not renameit, you will need to change the frames number in-game:

Once fixed you should see the animation playing correctly on the previewer:

You can now change the animation speed, aka how many frames are played per second.

Once everything looks good, press on save, you will be asked to introduce a name, that will be the name shown in the Steam Workshop, press enter and the upload will start. Once the upload is finish, you can restart the game and the skin will appear as an option to equip.
Salt Sounds
In oreder to create a new sound, go into the "Sounds" section. there on the "Salt Sounds" section, there is a plus sign:

Press it and this menu will appear:

Press on create, that will open the next menu:

The audio file you import needs to be in ".ogg" format, to transform a ".mp3" to ".ogg" you can do it here: https://convertio.co/mp3-ogg/ or in any other conversor you find. If your orignal media is not ".mp3" and you need to convert it to ".ogg" just type on google: "my_format to ogg" where "my_format" will be replaced by your audio format. Once you have the ".ogg" file, just open it in-game. A preview button will appear where you can play and pause the audio to make sure it is played properly.

The image you see is the thumbnail that will appear on the workshop, everytime you open this menu a new color combination will be selected, thus, changing the thumbnail. You can also import your own thumbnail.

Once everything looks good, press on save, you will be asked to introduce a name, that will be the name shown in the Steam Workshop, press enter and the upload will start. Once the upload is finish, you can restart the game and the skin will appear as an option to equip.
