Allegedly there were some issues with the previously published versions of the mod and this fix was released in TorchModders. Since that site is gone there is no other site in the internet where you can get this version, so I'm uploading this repack.

• Published without author consent given the difficulties to contact them. If they eventually appear and complaint this publication is immediatly down.

"In short, armor is virtually worthless, despite being the intuitive way to improve one's defense; while percent damage reduction (%DR) is the dominant defensive mechanic, despite being not-at-all prominent in the UI and only available from a few items and skills. By making armor automatically give %DR, this mod makes armor relevant again (at least up to 4000 armor) and makes players less dependent on %DR items and skills."
