描述
Makes all mercs available day 1
They will still come and go as game progresses, but day 1 you should be able to start with whoever you want.

(This does not effect Merc Gold just keeps mercs from being offline Day 1)

Idea for mod was a request by Sirbastage005 & Xeth Nyrrow on discord.

Thank you again to Kira for assisting me in making this more compatable.

Thanks for making this. I haven't used it yet but it's nice to know I won't have to keep re-loading next time I start a JA3 game just because I want who I want at the start.

Hi author, are you planning to make a mode that makes all mercs never gone missing(MIA) ?
MIA setting doesn't contribute anything to the game progress except pisses gamers off....
